It’s that time of year again. There are more leaves on the ground than on the trees, there are afghans draped across the living room furniture, and it gets dark very early in the evening. Winter is coming, and with it, cold weather. (Very cold in my case, since I live in Minnesota!) Embracing the colder weather means crafting for it, which is why I love making scarves this time of year. Even though I love knitting and crocheting winter accessories, I’ve found that fabric scarves are much quicker to make and in some cases, much more simple.
